Get ready for a summer full of creativity at The Painted Palmetto! Join us every Friday from May 29th–July 31st from 12–5 PM for Summer Fun Fridays, a drop-in craft series open to all ages. Each week features a brand-new hands-on project plus a special wooden pin themed to the craft of the week. Every child who attends will receive one free apron for the summer to collect and display their pins all season long!

May 29: Flamingo Pom Pom Craft – paint a wooden flamingo and create a fluffy pom pom body
June 5: Wooden Rocketship Painting – paint a standing rocketship cutout
June 12: Rubber Ducky Slime – create custom slime and paint a themed slime jar
June 19: Pony Bead Keychains – design and create a custom pony bead keychain
June 26: Handmade Bath Bombs – make 2 custom bath bombs with fun molds and colors
July 3: Tassel Dolls – create a yarn tassel doll inspired by your favorite character, yourself, or an original design
July 10: Wooden Donut Decoration – paint a sweet donut-themed wooden cutout
July 17: Sea Turtle Keychain – paint and customize a wooden sea turtle keychain
July 24: Cake Jewelry Box – paint and decorate a cake-themed jewelry box with “frosting” details
July 31: Open Art Experience – explore 6 creative art stations including painting, drawing, spin art, sculpting, and more!
All classes are $15 per person. Advance registration is recommended. Drop in anytime between 12–5 PM and enjoy a fun-filled Friday of creativity all summer long!
